Excalibur in readiness for action at Comp2, Meremere, Jan 13 2013. A 18 x 4" drag slick has been fitted and guard/seat moved to allow the extra clearance for the bigger tire.
A lock up clutch was adapted from a Yamaha Banshee. The hope here is that the 2-stage locking of this clutch will enable more consistent launches without excessive wheelie.
The result from Comp2 was a satisfying runner up spot with a trophy and certificate..
