The project started many moons ago with a few visits to a local dragstrip with my circuit racebike. That bike was a pre-unit 750 Triumph in a featherbed Norton frame. It acheived 12.0 @ 110mph in approx 1993 and won a couple of DYO events. It was remarkably consistent. The seed of an idea from that success, inspired the concept of the "Bonn Evil". Various sketches were drawn up though the motivation wasn't there at the time. Time passed and gradually all the details of the purpose built dragbike were ironed out. The frame was constructed with a big thanks to Jamie. It's tig welded from 1" chromoly tubing.
